Today is the day that we finally got to go and pick out some parakeets to join our family! Many stores had sold out of them during the pandemic and we were looking for unclipped budgies. We ended up at PetSmart in Maplewood, MN where there were 3 birds left. Mike had said we could get 2 parakeets, however, we did not wish to leave only one behind and purchased all 3 of the birds. Our son named the green budgie Bob. I named the white one Joy. The gray/blue bird was named Keet.
